Wine-making process: Soft pressing of the grapes and maceration with peels at least for ten days at thermo controlled temperature
Ageing: Ten months in little French oak barriques and bottled.
Alcoholic Degree: 13,5 % vol.
Colour: Bright red ruby with violet feathers
Scent: Elegant, with strong essence of tropical fruit
Taste: Savory, rounded, with a pleasant back taste
Preservation: Wine ready to drink, but able to refine with a moderate ageing
Serve it at the temperature of 14-16°C

Source Grapes: Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio
Growing System: sapling or espalier with very low res. per trunk.
Ground Typology: volcanic, sand-ground. It is mineral enriched in a dry climate with great thermic strength during the grape's maturation
Vintage: Strictly hand made, it is made around half way through October with a light over maturation of the grape
Wine-making process: Soft pressing and maceration with peels at least for ten days with thermo regulated temperature.
Ageing: In little French oak barriques and bottled at least for twelve months
Alcoholic Degree: 14 % vol.
Colour: Bright ruby red inclines to purple
Scent: Opened, ethereal with trace of red fruits mixed with pleasant feathers of toasted almond and cocoa
Taste: Definite. With a noble tannic imprint
Preservation: Medium- long ageing wine, preserved in cool place in the same bottle
Service: We suggest to serve it in large glasses with a temperature of 18-20°C and be careful to open the bottle at least one hour before serving it or settle it in a carafe.
Association: It easy join relevant meat plates, game roast, mushrooms. It is also indicate with salami and aged cheese

Source Grapes: Nerello Mascalese with a low percentage of white local grapes
Growing System: sapling or espalier with very low res. per trunk.
Ground Typology: volcanic, sand-ground. It is mineral enriched in a dry climate with great thermic strength during the grape's maturation
Vintage: Strictly hand made, it is made a bit ahead of the regular ones
Wine-making process: Very low grapes pressing; Filtering in airless place of the first dripped must; fermentation in controlled temperature.
Ageing: Bottled for twelve months.
Alcoholic Degree: 12,5 % vol.
Colour: Bright clear pale yellow with persistent foam and fine perlage
Scent: Delicate flower
Taste: Definite. With a noble tannic imprint
Preservation: Wine ready to drink, but able to refine with a moderate ageing

Ground Typology: Medium clay-ground, good balanced with perfect fertility between ground and clay.
Vintage: Strictly hand made with a little over maturation
Wine-making process: Cryo maceration of grapes and afterwards soft pressing. Fermented at low temperature. Refined in steel
Ageing: A quick ageing in French oak barriques.
Alcoholic Degree: 13 % vol.
Colour: Pale yellow with bright golden reflaction
Scent: Elegant, with strong essence of tropical fruit
Taste: Savory, rounded, with a pleasant back taste
Preservation: Wine ready to drink, but able to refine with a moderate ageing

Vintage: Strictly hand made.
Wine-making process: Nero D'avola - long time maceration and controlled temperature of fermentation. Nerello Mascalese - medium time maceration at low temperature. Afterwards fermentation and refinement in steel.
Ageing: A couple of months in wood barrel
Alcoholic Degree: 13-13,50 % vol.
Colour: Red ruby with purple reflection
Scent: Fine and delicate with typical flower trace of Nerello Mascalese and red fruits of Nero d'Avola with an elegant vanilla trace
Taste: Cool, soft and good balanced
Preservation: Medium ageing wine
Serve it at the temperature of 16-18°C
Association: Everything based on meat, mushroom and aged cheese
